The CEO Project is a statewide grassroots organizing project focused on building power with women, especially women of color who work in the care economy to call on the state to adequately invest in our children and their families’ futures.
We organize parents, child care providers, and teachers to take collective action on issues that impact the care economy in Ohio.

Monday, May 13th, child care providers, parents, and families across Ohio showed up and showed out. We had over 300 people come out and advocate for a better Ohio. We shut down our doors and stood in solidarity to draw attention to the national crisis that our childcare system is in.
